Travis LaBella is a two-time Emmy award winning Director of Photography and filmmaker based in Los Angeles, CA.
Originally from New York, he got his start shooting documentaries and was the recipient of the ASC Student Heritage Documentary Award for Language of the Unheard, which was featured in American Cinematographer. He now shoots a range of narrative, commercial, and documentary work. In 2021 Travis won an LA Emmy for his work on Artbound: Light & Space for PBS. He's carved out a niche in the Automotive space, directing and shooting commercials as well as over 50+ episodes of broadcast television for Motor Trend over the years.
His work can also be seen on Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, PBS, BBC, and more. Commercial work includes M&M’s, Toyota, Infiniti, Disney, Kia, Volvo, Ray Ban, MVMT, and many more.
